Lee Bailey. \u00a0In the first hour, Host Steve Woods (Stevoe) introduces himself, Studio Contributor Debi Davis and Executive Producer Mark (Sharky) Gould. Stevoe talks about what inspired TideSmart Talk with Stevoe, and what listeners can expect from future shows.<\/p>\n

The Amazing Kreskin<\/h2>\n

In the first hour, Stevoe is joined by mentalist The Amazing Kreskin<\/a>, who has made performances across the globe, entertaining audiences of all ages. Kreskin’s numerous media\u00a0appearances\u00a0and predictions on everything from sports to presidential elections have earned him international recognition.<\/p>\n

Stevoe worked as road manager for Kreskin in the ’70s, traveling across the globe, facilitating hundreds of TV and media appearances.\u00a0\u00a0Stevoe says\u00a0Kreskin is “one of the most influential people” in his life.<\/p>\n

During the first hour, Kreskin and Stevoe reminisce about their time working together, then talk predictions for the upcoming U.S. presidential election, the art of communication and more.<\/p>\n

F. Lee Bailey<\/h2>\n

Famed attorney F. Lee Bailey<\/a>\u00a0appeared live in studio in the second hour. \u00a0As a defense attorney,\u00a0Bailey\u00a0has represented high-profile clients including Dr. Sam Sheppard, Patricia Hearst and O. J. Simpson during a career that has spanned more than 50 years.<\/p>\n

Bailey talks about taking the bar exam in Maine, why Maine lawyers are “a cut above,” and what sparked his decision to write “The Truth About the O.J. Simpson Verdicts,<\/a>” a forthcoming book providing a glimpse behind the scenes in the 1995 murder trial.<\/p>\n

Bailey also discusses recent news headlines, including Rush Limbaugh’s derogatory comments about a law student who testified about birth control coverage policy.<\/p>\n

Bailey called Limbaugh “not my idea of anything but an annoyance to the world.”\u00a0(Limbaugh later apologized for his remarks<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
