Lee Bailey. \u00a0The inaugural episode will air Saturday, March 3 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on WLOB 1310 AM radio.<\/p>\n

TideSmart Talk with Stevoe host Steve Woods (Stevoe) will be joined by The Amazing Kreskin for the first hour.<\/p>\n

The Amazing Kreskin

Bailey gained prominence in 1966 for his defense of Sheppard, an Ohio physician who was at first convicted of killing his wife, but later\u00a0acquitted\u00a0after Bailey successfully argued that Sheppard had been denied due process. \u00a0Many believe the Sheppard case became the basis for ”The Fugitive” television series.<\/p>\n

Bailey later joined the Simpson defense team in a 1995 trial that attracted national media attention. \u00a0His defense of Simpson included a cross-defense of former Los Angeles Police Detective Mark Fuhrman which was key to Simpson’s acquittal.<\/p>\n
