Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino was born in Minnesota and grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa, where she was “Miss Iowa Teenager” in 1988. She graduated Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.
In 2008, Guarino left a 17 year career in the financial services industry to start The Best Ever You Network, which is now a leading multimedia provider of lifestyle and self-help content. Guarino hosts “The Best Ever You Show”, on BlogTalkRadio, which has over one million global listeners.

Guarino is a certified professional life coach, and in April 2014 published “Percolate – Let Your Best Self Filter Through” with Hay House. She empowers readers to implement meaningful, positive change to thrive in every aspect of your life.
Guarino has a degree in communications and broadcasting and also works as a business and life coach. Guarino is a social media expert with an emphasis on business consulting, transitional growth and change, social media compliance and platform development.
Guarino won the “Mom’s Choice” award in 2012 for her children’s book “Pinky Doodle Bug”. Also in 2012, she won “Best in Social Media-Small Business Finalist” (3rd Place) from Shorty awards for effectively using the social web to grow her company. She is also the two-time winner (2006 & 2011) of “Mrs. Maine”.
